EXECUTIVE COACH

Executive coach for supporting leadership teams and organisations

Working on self-development and self-insight as a key to addressing complex problems?

Are you looking for support for your leadership team in addressing complex challenges? We are happy to help you with that and offer coaching for key profiles in organisations. Individual coaching can help people gain more insight into themselves and into their functioning within the organisation and consequently help them deal more effectively with complex challenges at work.

How we can make a difference

We have years of experience in the corporate world and know the challenges associated with complex roles like no other. As multiversalists, we are able to tap into the experience and thinking space of people in key positions and can quickly connect with them. We have strong listening and empathy skills, ask critical questions and give honest advice.

Our offer

We come to your organisation and work very personally with your key people. We guide your key profiles in their personal growth, act as an external sounding board for them and assist them with their professional challenges.

Through the various conversations we have on an individual basis, we also discover common patterns or frictions in the 'system' of the organisation itself. After a while, we make a synthesis from these experiences and hold up a mirror to your organisation. This allows us to be an external sounding board which helps you to dare to look at your organisation in a different way.

Multiversity is a recognised service provider for 'kmo-portefeuille' for training and advice. Together with you, we examine whether your organisation can use our services under the 'kmo-portefeuille'.

Case Study

The general manager of an organisation was out of action for six months. The challenge during this period was to have the leadership team lead the organization together with the executive committee. Through individual sounding board dialogues, we supported the members of the leadership team and the executive committee. From these conversations, we brought systemic challenges to the fore, helped to create space for structural dialogue, to allow all perspectives to be heard, and to put the bigger picture at the center so that the team became stronger and could come to workable and supported decisions.
