STRATEGIC COUNSELOR

for making future-oriented choices through dialogue

Strategic dialogue as the key to plotting your organization's future?

Are you and your team, organization or network facing strategic issues as a decision maker? We would like to help you take up this challenge and arrive at sustainable and supported solutions. In this process, we take on the role of strategic counselor in a process of strategic dialogue.

How we can make the difference

We have years of experience in the business world and know the challenges involved in making strategic choices like no other. As multiversalists, we can relate well to the experience and thinking space of people in key positions and can quickly connect with them. We have strong listening and empathy skills, ask critical questions and naturally see the bigger picture.

Our offer

Through in-depth interviews, we build on the insights of both the people within your organization and the stakeholders around it, mapping their perspectives, ideas and concerns. From these we create an integrated overall picture. In a series of workshops, spread over several months, we work as a group on the strategic issues at hand and challenge ideas. The overall picture from the in-depth interviews is an important starting point. In this way, everyone gains more insight into the bigger picture and more understanding of the perspectives of others, which is crucial to achieving sustainable and supported solutions.

Finally, we provide a final synthesis that we use to translate into an output, such as a strategic plan, that can be used by your organization. By taking time to engage in in-depth dialogue with all stakeholders, more perspectives are included and real support is created for the strategic choices made.

Case study

The management of a healthcare organization faced the challenge of renewing the strategic framework for the next three to five years with a renewed Board of Directors and a decentralized organized leadership team. The challenge was to bring out and align the different visions of the executives, management and the Board of Directors. We guided the parties involved in this process and arrived at concrete and supported strategic choices and a new organizational model.
